Mission

To promote equity across the University through the development of institutional, pedagogical and academic policies and actions aimed at the promotion of affirmative action in basic education, undergraduate education, graduate education, research, outreach, staff recruitment and institutional management, in collaboration with other university units.

Vision

To contribute effectively and relevantly to the democratization of access to education at all levels, as well as to promote student retention, the appreciation of human rights, the plurality of knowledge, and the fighting against inequalities at the University.
